All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Betsy Shop Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
